His consulting practice is focused on resolving strategy issues for clients in the media, financial services, and consumer goods industries. He is the coauthor of three articles published in the Harvard Business Review, including "Strategy and the New Economics of Information", and a frequent speaker on the new economics of information. Before joining BCG, he obtained the top double first-class honours degree from Cambridge University in economics. He was subsequently a Harkness Fellow in the economics department at Harvard University, and obtained an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.
